Avenir These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you (the participant/customer) and Nagpuri, covering bookings made via our website, including heritage walks, cultural tours, overnight experiences (including those in collaboration), and souvenir purchases. Nagpuri offers a variety of cultural and heritage-based experiences. These Terms apply to all the following formats unless specified otherwise:
a) Public Walks / Experiences:
Scheduled, fixed-date heritage or cultural walks open to the public. These typically last a few hours within Nagpur or nearby areas.
b) Private On-Demand Walks / Experiences:
Curated experiences scheduled on request for individuals, groups, or institutions. These are customized based on preference and must be pre-booked.
c) Public Tours (Day or Multi-Day):
Scheduled day-long or multi-day guided tours that go beyond Nagpur. Open for public registration, these may involve transportation, meals, and site visits.
d) Private Tours (Day or Multi-Day):
Customized tours created for specific individuals or groups, potentially covering multiple days and locations, with personalized planning.
e) Overnight Tours / Experiences:
Multi-day tours involving overnight stays. These include accommodation, meals, transportation, and curated engagements with history, culture, or nature.
f) Collaborative Experiences:
Any experience—public or private—co-hosted with third-party organizations or experts. These follow joint terms and may be governed by additional conditions.
3. Bookings, Tours, Experiences & Payment

Bookings are confirmed only after full payment or agreed deposit is received.

You will receive a confirmation email containing your booking reference, itinerary, and meeting details.

Prices and inclusions are listed on each experience’s details page and may change without notice.

Accepted payment methods: credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, or as otherwise stated.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

5. Modifications & Cancellations by Nagpuri

Nagpuri may reschedule, modify, or cancel experiences due to weather, safety, logistics, or legal concerns.

If canceled, you may choose to reschedule, receive a full refund, or obtain credit for future bookings.

Post-booking changes requested by participants may incur amendment fees.
6. Participant Conduct & Responsibilities

Arrive on time at the designated meeting point; guide contact details will be provided.

Wear suitable clothing and footwear for the experience.

Inform us of any medical condition, accessibility need, or dietary restriction before the tour.

Follow instructions of guides at all times.

Misconduct, harassment, racism, or disruptive behavior will result in removal from the experience without refund.
7. Health, Safety & Liability

Participation is at your own risk. Nagpuri is not responsible for injuries, illnesses, loss, or damage during any experience.

We recommend personal travel insurance.

We are not liable for issues caused by third-party service providers or force majeure events.
8. Intellectual Property & Media

All stories, materials, maps, and narration are the intellectual property of Nagpuri.

Photography and videos may be taken during experiences and used for promotional purposes

Recording guides or content without prior written consent is not allowed.
10. Collaborations with Third Parties

Experiences delivered in collaboration with partners are subject to these Terms, unless otherwise stated.

Nagpuri shares responsibility for collaborative experiences, and you may also be required to accept the collaborator’s terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

13. Souvenir Purchases

Orders are confirmed after full payment.

Estimated delivery is 7–14 working days; delays may occur due to logistics.

Report damages within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs.

No returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged during transit.
