Don’ts
No smoking or alcohol: Consumption of tobacco or alcohol during the experience is strictly prohibited.
Don’t record without permission: Our stories and narratives are intellectual property. Video/audio recording is not allowed unless prior written consent is given.
Avoid disruptive behaviour :Discrimination, harassment, or any inappropriate conduct will lead to immediate removal without refund.
No littering :Help us preserve the heritage and environment—dispose of waste responsibly.
Minimize mobile use: Phones must be on silent during the experience. For urgent calls, step away from the group quietly.
No shopping interruptions : Unless specified in the itinerary, tours do not include dedicated shopping time. Guides are not affiliated with any vendors.
