
Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all experiences, tours, walking tours, and souvenir purchases made through Nagpuri. By booking or purchasing from us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Note: If a walk, tour, or experience is conducted in collaboration with a partner and the payment is collected directly by the collaborator, their cancellation and refund policy will apply. In such cases, Nagpuri is not responsible for issuing refunds, and the collaborator will be solely responsible for processing and communicating the refund or rescheduling, as per their terms.
1. Day Experiences (Under 24 Hours)

Cancellation more than 48 hours in advance: Eligible for a full refund minus processing fees (if any), or you may opt to reschedule for a future date.

Cancellation less than 48 hours in advance or no-show: No refund. Rescheduling may be offered at Nagpuri's discretion, based on availability.
2. Overnight Tours or Multi-Day Experiences (Including Collaborations)

More than 61 days before the start date: Full refund.

Between 30–60 days before the start date: 10% cancellation fee.

Between 10–30 days before the start date: 50% refund.

Less than 10 days or no-show: No refund.
3. Private On-Demand Tours & Walks

Deposit: A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking.

Cancellation more than 31 days in advance: 10% cancellation fee.

Cancellation between 15–30 days: 50% refund.

Cancellation less than 15 days or no-show: No refund.

Rescheduling: Must be requested at least 15 days in advance and is subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.
4. Rescheduling

We aim to accommodate rescheduling wherever possible. Requests should be submitted in writing within the timelines mentioned above.

If the original experience is unavailable on your preferred new date, we will offer a similar alternative or issue credit towards a future booking.
5. Cancellation by Nagpuri

Nagpuri may cancel or reschedule experiences due to weather, safety, legal, or operational reasons.

In such cases, you may choose to receive a full refund, reschedule the experience, or receive booking credit.
6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14–30 business days.

Nagpuri is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment gateways.
7. Souvenir Orders

No returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged during transit or defective.

Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos as proof.

Customized items are non-refundable.
